Scope and operator

The Personal Health Dashboard is a non-commercial application operated by its owner for private use. Questions about this policy can be sent to 3535407@gmail.com.

Data accessed

With explicit Google OAuth consent, the application may read activity, fitness, health metric, and measurement data available in Google Health. Depending on device availability, this may include:

• steps, distance, active minutes, workouts, and energy expenditure;
• heart rate, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, and heart-rate zones;
• oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, VO₂ max, temperature-derived metrics, weight, height, and body composition.

The application requests read-only access and does not add, edit, or delete Google Health records.

How data is used

Authorized data is used only to display personal statistics, compare historical trends, and calculate private summaries for the account owner. It is not used for advertising, profiling other people, credit decisions, insurance decisions, or medical diagnosis.

Storage and security

When collection is enabled, data is processed on private devices and self-hosted infrastructure controlled by the application owner. Access to the dashboard and stored health information is restricted by authentication. The public website does not contain health records.

OAuth credentials and health records are not placed in public source code. Reasonable technical safeguards are used to limit access, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Sharing and sale

Google user data is not sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or disclosed to third parties. It may only be processed by infrastructure providers strictly as necessary to operate the private application, or disclosed if legally required.

Retention and deletion

Data may be retained for personal historical analysis until the account owner deletes it or stops using the application. The owner can delete locally stored records and revoke Google access at any time through the Google Account connections page.

Google API Limited Use

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the application's functionality or data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
